Effective October 2, 2026

Test-mode payments do not charge real money and cannot be refunded.

Subscription billing

Where paid checkout is enabled, the plan price and billing period are shown before you subscribe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Plans & billing → Manage subscription to cancel future renewal. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund earlier payments.

Refund requests

For a refund request or a billing question, contact us using the details below and include your invoice number. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

Purchases through the App Store

If you ever pay for Elthos through Apple, Apple handles the payment and its refunds; you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Charged by mistake

If you believe you were charged for Elthos, contact us at the address below and we will look into it.
